When you submit an inquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, service location, and general service interest. Please do not submit medical records, sensitive identification numbers, or detailed health information through a general inquiry form.
This website uses no advertising trackers, no analytics tools, and no marketing cookies. It sets no cookies of its own.
Two technical things do happen, and you should know about both. First, the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and the host keeps standard server request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability. Second, the page fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
If you tap services or a funding route while browsing, those choices are saved in your own browser so the inquiry form can be filled in for you. That information stays on your device, is never transmitted to TSR or anyone else, and you can clear it at any time using the clear button on the plan bar.
We use inquiry information to respond to requests, discuss potential services or employment, and coordinate appropriate next steps. Submitting a website form does not establish a service agreement.
Inquiry information is not used for marketing, is not sold, and is not shared with advertisers.
Website inquiries are delivered to TSR staff by email so that our team can respond. The parties that necessarily handle information are our website host and our email provider. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Please remember that general email is not a secure channel. That is why these forms ask you to leave out diagnoses, records, and identification numbers, and why sensitive information is collected through the designated intake process instead.
This website keeps no database of submissions. Inquiries live in TSR’s email the same way any other message to the agency does, and they are retained according to the agency’s own records practices.
