CLTS Services

Support for your child and your family

Every child has their own interests, strengths, and ways of learning. TSR Touch of Hope LLC works with families and support and service coordinators to provide non-medical services through the Children’s Long-Term Support program, commonly called CLTS.

Within the authorized plan

Support built around the authorized plan.

We discuss your child’s routines, communication preferences, support needs, and goals. Services must fit the child’s authorized plan, TSR’s approved service categories, and our staffing capacity.

Respite for families

Planned support for your child while family caregivers take time for other responsibilities or rest, when authorized.

Daily routines and participation

Support with approved daily activities and opportunities to practice skills in ways that match your child’s needs and goals.

Meaningful activities

Activities may include creative projects, everyday routines, and community participation when appropriate to the authorized service. Activities are adapted to the child rather than offered as therapy.
